The CATSKILL MOUNTAINS
N.Y. Chapter is made up of local Law Enforcement Officers from Police
Departments and Correctional Services. All members of the club ride Harley
Davidson Motorcycles, or other V-Twins made in and owned by an American
company. The club is a non profit organization that holds and participates in
charity raising events
RENEGADE PIGS EVENTS 
On Sunday, August 20th we
had our annual “ Lizzard Poker Run.” and Party This year the event was held
to benefit marine sniper Eddie Ryan who was wounded in Iraq by friendly
fire. After an unsettling start to the day, the weather cooperated and the
sun came out, and many people showed up to take part in this important
fundraising event and made the day a success.
Sometimes it is easy to forget that
our soldiers are thousands of miles away fighting a war against terror. The
Catskill Mountains Renegade Pigs made it crystal clear to the public that we
have not forgotten and that we are forever grateful to our soldiers. Our
Chapter and this event in particular received a lot of media attention.
Eddie’s father thanked the Renegade Pigs personally when interviewed
recently on the Mike Levine show on WABC talk radio.
Another Part of the day was that a
father (Larry Trembley ) of a marine fatally wounded in Iraq displayed The
Custom Marine bike he built in honor of his departed marine son and three
of his comrades. This just added to the emotional aspect of the day and
united the Renegade Pigs and the general public for a worthy cause.
